AWAKEN FREEDOM - CANCELLATION, REFUND AND MISSED/LATE APPOINTMENTS POLICY
6, 12 and 24 Session Packages: By booking a 6, 12 or 24 Session Package I understand once I have agreed to a session time, cancellations or changes must be made more than 24 hours prior or I forfeit the session if it had already been paid for or will be charged for if I am yet to make payment.
Single sessions (Certifying Practitioners Only): In booking a single session I understand that payment will be required for missed sessions and sessions not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Sessions may be re-scheduled if at least 24 hours notice is given. There are no refunds given on single sessions once they have been utilised.
On Track Clinic Clients - I understand once I have agreed to a session time and a confirmation email has been sent, all cancellations or changes must be made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or I am liable for the full session cost.
I understand if Katie has to reschedule my session for any reason and at any time, I will be able to add that session to the end of the term if I am unable to have the session within the week it was originally scheduled.
I understand that it is important for me to respect the agreed to session times and that Katie will do the same.
If I am late for my session, the session time will not be extended by the amount of time I am late. I understand that if Katie is late for my session, the session time will be extended accordingly or the extra time will be added to a future session by prior arrangement if Katie or I do not have time to extend the session Katie was late for.
I understand that I will not be liable for sessions that must be postponed or delayed for technical reasons beyond my control, such as Internet failure or severe weather affecting access to the meeting site. I understand that after 3 instances of session delay or cancellation due to issues with my Internet, sessions will go on hold until I can sort out my technical issues.
All 6 and 12 session packages must be used within 6 months and 24 sessions within 12 months from date of purchase.
Refunds are not available for sessions paid for within a package that have been utilised.
Refunds may be considered for remaining paid for but not utilised sessions.
